Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to all locations within the United States only.
  • Flat Shipping Rate: $8.99 on all orders
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing
  • Shipping Carrier: We use USPS or other trusted national carriers
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy

  • Please email officeoftaps@gmail.com to start a return.
  • All returns must be shipped back within 4 days from the delivery date
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
  • Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return or we can send you a prepaid label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
  • Important: Do NOT use the Shoe Box as a Shipping Box
  • Please place the original shoe box inside a shipping bag or another box before returning.
  • If the shoe box is damaged, taped, written on, or has a shipping label attached directly to it, a $3 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • All returns are subject to a $1.50 restocking fee per item.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for return, the item must be unworn, in original condition, in original packaging and return scanned within 4 days of order delivery.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be donated to charity at our discretion and will not be refunded or credited.
